Contacts Tab
This tab presents a convenient "Contacts" database feature built into CASST. The user is encouraged to enter the contact information for any companies and/or individuals which are a part of the daily operations of their business. This list can be both business as well as personal contacts.
Note: One special purpose for this feature in CASST is that all Builders and/or Building Contractors for which installation of systems can occur should be entered. When their information is being entered, special care should be taken to select the correct classification for these Builders and/or Building Contractor contacts. These types of contacts must be classified as a "Builder" or "Contractor" if their name is to be available from the "Pull-down" list on the "Install Co." Tab. The "System Designer" and the "Site Evaluator" fields also use the "Contact" data area in the same way.
A specific Contact can quickly be located by using the "find" option.
