Service Call Information
Scheduling, tracking and completing service calls is easy. Service Calls are considered separate from "Regular" or "Scheduled" inspections. When a problem occurs with a system and a visit is required to the site to correct it, a report of the results of this visit can be made to the Regulatory Agency. Completing a Service Call is accomplished by completing the same inspection report form as is completed for a "Regular" or "Scheduled" inspection.
