Agency - Complaints Tab
Tracking and completing Complaints is easy. Complaints are considered separate from inspections. When a problem occurs with a system and a visit is required to the site by the Regulatory Agency, a report of the results of this visit can be made by the Regulatory Agency. Completing a Complaint is accomplished by completing the same inspection report form as is completed for a "Regular" or "Scheduled" inspection.
